It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeremy Wakefield of Portland, Tennessee, born in Gallatin, Tennessee, who passed away on August 7, 2020, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Don Anderson and Gerald Wakefield Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Alexis Wakefield of Portland, TN.; his parents, Gerald David Wakefield Jr. and Felecia Wakefield of Portland, TN.; his sister Nicole Lunn (Chad) of White House, TN.; his grandparents, Bobby, Joann Wheeler of Portland, TN and Freida Anderson of Portland, TN.; and his uncles, Timmy Wakefield (Kim) of Portland, TN and Timmy Anderson of Gallatin, TN..
