He was predeceased by : his father James "Spike" Mallard; and his sister Mary Moniqua Kitchens. He is survived by : his mother Mary Bell West Hovinga; his wife Rose Marie Clarno Mallard; his daughter Mary Danielle Cropper (Stephen); his grandchildren, Annabella and Jon Luc; and his brothers, Prentice Cole, James Kitchens and Allen Kitchens (Valerie).
