She is survived by : her children, Jennifer Hurt of Ohio and Michael Clark Franklin Ky (Rebecca); and her grandchildren, Dustin Raymer, Jacob Perry, Brittany Ratliff, Cody Clark, Carrie Ann Taylor, David Hurt Jr., Lilly Clark, Arianna Alsup, Isaiah Clark, Isabella Clark and Aleister Clark.
