He is survived by : his close friend Ginger Tillson of Portland; and his siblings, Eddie Parks, Wanda Hyde, Frankie Parks, Connie Parks and Lester Parks. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren and other family members.
