She is survived by: her mother Kisha Hammock; her brother Rayden Ballinger; her grandparents, Pamela Perry, Billy Hammock (Sara) and Matt Ballinger (Erin); her great-grandparents, Diane Ballinger and Anita Perry; her aunts and uncles, Destiny Hammock (Brandon), Jayden Hammock, Devlin, Logan and Will Ballinger; her great-uncles and great-aunts, Tony Ballinger (Stephanie), Tony Hammock, Tina Troutt (Faron), Timmy Hammock (Lisa), Randy Hammock, Darlene Wilson and Nelson Perry; and her cousins, Alexis, Bentley and Jaxson Brewer.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Providence Church (1100 Keen Hollow Rd, Westmoreland, TN 37186). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Providence General Baptist Church (1100 Keen Hollow Rd, Westmoreland, TN 37186).
