It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Delores Bolton Tidwell of Powell, Tennessee, who passed away on July 7, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Monroe Bolton and Charles Elizabeth Bolton; and her siblings, Walter, Sonny, Dennis, Donnie Bolton and Louise Spradlin.

She is survived by: her husband Verlin Tidwell; her sons, John Tidwell (Deborah) and Jeff Tidwell (Lori); her grandchildren, Rachel, Heather, Elizabeth, Katelyn and Daniel; and her siblings, Bill Bolton and Martha Stalbaum. She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
