Starkey of Primm Springs, TN; her children, Billy Starkey of Primm Springs, TN and Tamela Garrison (Michael) of Hermitage, TN; her stepdaughter Lisa Stromatt (Freddie) of Nashville, TN; her grandchildren, Bain Starkey, Tessa and Corey Stromatt; her great grandchild Lexye Stromatt; and her sisters, Nancy Wright of Greensboro, NC and Lois Bullins (Richard) of Mayodan, NC. She is also survived by many loving nieces & nephews.
