He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Malon and Mary Glover Garner; and his sister Geraldine Garner. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Pitts Garner of Pulaski, TN; and his children, Kimberly Skow (Vaughn) of Gallatin, TN, Carl Garner (Lourinda), Stephen Russ (Stephanie), Jeff Russ (Crystal) and Anthony Duncan (Nicole). He is also survived by Several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
