He is survived by: his wife Doris Harney Howard; his children, Terrence Howard and Chandra Nelson (Anthony); his granddaughter Kaleria Howard; his stepgranddaughters, Amber and Ebony Nelson; his great grandchild JJ White; his stepgreat-granddaughter Iviarlee Manning; his siblings, James Howard (Chunky), David Howard (Deborah), Stanley Howard, Linda Harris (Robert) and Dorothie Moore (John); his aunt Clara Powell; and his mother-in-law Ida Harney.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory (1910 Elkton Pike, Pulaski, TN 38478). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Maplewood Cemetery (500 Ballentine St, Pulaski, TN 38478).
