We are sad to announce that on August 19, 2020, at the age of 72, Patricia Kay Bowen of Pulaski, Tennessee, born in Vancouver, Washington passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia Kay Bowen to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Dean and Frances M. Seltz York; and her daughter Gina Partelow. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Morgan (Lisa) of Pulaski and Jerry Morgan (Trisha) of Pulaski; and her grandchildren, Jon Morgan (Morgan), Chris Morgan (Jackie), Milayna Morgan, Ethan Morgan, Leila Keel (John), Erik Thornton, Kentra Fowler and Shayna Nerren.
