She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Swinney; her parents, Ollie Hammonds and Kittie Mae Curtis Hammonds; and her siblings, Olivene Brown, William Hammonds, Milton Hammonds and Owen Hammonds.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Thornton (Jason) of Pulaski and Jeff Edde (Kelley) of Spring Hill; and her grandchildren, Jacqueline Gann, Jordan Thornton, Makenna Edde and Justin Edde.
