He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Staton and Ruby Sasser Staton. He is survived by: his wife Meredith Staton of Ramer, TN; his children, Charity Staton, Darby Roach (Andy), Zachery Staton, Spencer Staton (Samantha), Ethan and Tucker Staton; his siblings, Becky Staton of Charleston, NC, Sirena Warldow (Gordon) of Victoria, MS and Tim Staton (Cindy) of Greeneville, TN; his stepchildren, Forest Webb (Nikistea) and Scarlett Ross (Tommy Pouncey); and his grandchildren, Alexandria and Isaiah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
