He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Roy and Ollie Tee; and his brothers, Bobby and Jimmy Ragan. He is survived by: his wife Doris Jean Ragan (Elam) of Ramer, TN; his children, Joel Ray Ragan (Lee Ann) of Selmer, TN and Robin Leigh Ragan of Corinth, MS; his grandchildren, Jessica Elsworth Duncan of Corinth, MS, Dustin Britton (Stephanie) of Guys, TN and Elizabeth Webb (Brent) of Dalzell, SC; his great grandchildren, Riley Kate Webb of Dalzell, SC, Wesley Britton of Ramer, TN, Landin Lankford of Ramer, TN and Cameron Britton of Ramer, TN; and his siblings, Larry D. Ragan, Scotty W. Ragan, Tommy Ragan and Gertude Sumler. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

Family has requested all family and friends to please wear a mask during visitation and service.
