She is survived by : her sons, Mark Edward Lewis (Brenda Lewis) of Woodbury and Roger Brandon Lewis (Norma Nichols Lewis) of Woodbury; her grandsons, Jared Lewis (Candace) of Woodbury, Matthew Brandon Lewis (Elizabeth) of Knoxville and Daniel Youree Lewis of Nashville; and the father of her children Edward J. Lewis of Murfreesboro.
