He is survived by : his wife Pam Gerald; his children, Dustin Gerald (Ashley) of Medina, Paul Gerald (Jesse) of Murfreesboro and Natalie Gerald of Murfreesboro; his stepchildren, David Hattabaugh (Nicole) of Murfreesboro and Ashley Hattabaugh of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Jeremy Riggs, Addison Gaitan, Hadley, Audrey Gerald and David Eugene Hattabaugh; and his siblings, Robert Gerald (Kim), Gloria Hawkins (John), Clariece Jackson, Dwhanna Warner (Cliff) and Donna Kay Gerald.
