He is survived by : his wife Jannie Smith; his children, Tracy (Patrick Murray), Crystal Stephens of Hopkinsville, KY, Chasity Smith of Scottsville, KY, Janel Faulton, Timothy Smith, John Paul Smith (Karley Copas) and Jerry Smith of Scottsville, KY; and his half-siblings, Elizabeth Scruggs, Robert Smith of Scottsville, KY, Charles (Lena Smith) of Scottsville, KY, Jimmy of Scottsville, KY and Jerry Smith of Scottsville, KY. He is also survived by 68 grandchildren & 31 great-grandchildren.

The family also respectfully asks that anyone attending the visitation or the funeral service to please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
