She is survived by: her parent Ruth Blackwell Poteet; her husband Douglas M. Staton of Riceville; her brothers, Jerry "Peewee" Poteet of Cleveland, TN and Donald Poteet of Jacksonville, AR; her nephew James Staton (Amber); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jasper Staton and Audrey Staton. She is also survived by step-grandchildren, other nieces and nephews, and a host of other extended family and friends.
