He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Ray McCamish Sr.; his parents-in-law, Maude Harris and Guy Harris; and his brother-in-law Eddie Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Vickie McCamish; his mother Lavenia Sue Bolen McCamish; his daughter Stephanie Haynie (Geoffrey); his siblings, Roger McCamish, Denise Hall and Deborah Geren; his sister-in-law Judy Wilson; and his siblings' children, Ginger Buchanan and Dale Wilson.
