He is survived by: his wife Peggy Dover; his sons, Russell Dover (Amy) of Ooltewah and Dallas Dover (Jenny) of Nolensville, TN; his sister Barbara Jackson of Rochelle, GA; and his son-in-law Jim Allen of Athens.
