She was predeceased by: her parent Eugene Davis; and her son Tracy Allen Reagan. She is survived by: her parent Rachel Eaves Davis; her husband Billie C. Reagan of Riceville; her daughter Shannon Caldwell of Cleveland, TN; her grandchildren, Rachel Caldwell of Cleveland, Nathaniel Reagan of Cleveland and Emma Reagan of Cleveland; her sister Carol Walker of Riceville; and her brother-in-law Bud Walker of Riceville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
