He is survived by : his wife Pat Leake of Ridgely, TN; his daughter Cathy Henry (Greg) of Murfreesboro, TN; his siblings, George Leake of Ridgely, TN and Flora Mae Dunavant of Dyersburg, TN; his grandchildren, Brandon Henry and Jana Burks; and his great grandchildren, Drew Henry, Keely Henry, Logan Henry, Morgan Burks and Addie Burks.
