He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Franklin and Jessie Mae Williams (Garrett); and his sister Anita Colvin. He is survived by : his children, Michelle Williams of Rising Fawn, GA, Shane Williams and Ricky Williams (Stacey) of Ripley, TN; and his grandchildren, Colton Williams, Brandon Williams and Stephanie Williams. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
