He is survived by : his wife Sabrina Howard of Ripley, TN; his children, Alexander James Howard of Ripley, TN, Ashley Nicole Wright (Nathan) of Ripley, TN, Angelique Elaine Howard (Dylan Green) of Atoka, TN and Anastasia Michelle Howard of Ripley, TN; his siblings, Jeff Johnson, Donna Fronabarger and Lisa; his grandchildren, Sierra Howard, Ryland Wright, Samantha Midkiff and Raylynn Green; and his stepfather Greg Blue.
