He was predeceased by : his parents, James Alford Forsythe and Annie Maurine Rodgers Willis. He is survived by : his wife Debra Kay Reasons Forsythe of Ripley, Tennessee; his son Tucker Forsythe (Savannah) of Memphis; his siblings, Johnny Willis of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Anne Humphreys of Halls; and his grandchildren, Mary Geddes Forsythe and Hugh Stanford Forsythe.
