She was predeceased by : her parents, David "Sam" Owen and Mary Louise Owen Sr. (Fisher); and her brothers, David "Sammy" Sanford Owen Jr. and Robert "Bob" Owen. She is survived by : her husband Jeffrey Lee Maners Sr.; her children, Dianne Williams of Ripley, TN, Wendy White of Ripley, TN and Robert "Chris" Garrett of Gates, TN; and her brother Tommy Owen of Ripley, TN. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
