He is survived by: his wife Dori Johnson; his daughters, Adrianna Johnson, Nikki Carrow Etter (Billy) of Elizabethton and Jessi Carrow Parmenter (Smokey) of Elizabethton; and his grandchildren, Rylee, Kaelyn, Kambree, Kycen Parmenter, Parker and Eli Etter.
