He was predeceased by: his mother Janet Lavery. He is survived by: his children, Sean Lavery (Ashlie) of Robbins, TN, Shaina Lavery of Phoenix and James Lavery of Robbins, TN; his grandchildren, Joe, Paige, Logan and Connor; his siblings, Robbie Ellis (Donna) of Jackson, TN and Kathy Zara of Denver, Colorado; and his uncle Edward Lavery of Chicago Illinois.
