He is survived by: his wife Alice Josephine Goldade; his daughters, Annette Marie Allen (Benjamin J. Jr.) of Toledo, Ohio and Brandy Lynn Goldade of Toledo, Ohio; his grandchildren, Mollie Jo Allen, Cole Wendelin Allen and Caleb Benjamin Allen; his siblings, Walter Goldade (Christa) and Carol Dworzecki (Zygmunt) of Akron; and his son-in-law Casey Danner.
