He is survived by: his wife Nancy Blair; his son Ethan Blair (Katianne); his grandchildren, Jordan and Easton Blair; and his brother Charlie Blair. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, sister-in-laws and brothers-in-law.
