She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Duncan and Oakel Duncan; her husband Edward Lawson; her siblings, Ruth Lawson, Bill Duncan, Joe Duncan, Ken Duncan and Rufus Duncan; and her son-in-law Ross Burke.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene Morris (Michael), Tommy Lawson, Dawn Burke and Deborah Cox (Danny); her grandchildren, Tyler Trent, Brittney Smith (Curtis) and Caleb Trent; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Smith and Lakyn Smith.
