He was predeceased by: his grandmother Sara. He is survived by: his parents, Ed Skinner and Rene Skinner; his husband Brent Cox of Rogersville; his parents-in-law, Wayne and Pat Cox of Winchester, VA; his sister Heather Skinner of Nashville, TN; his siblings-in-law, Tiffany Davis of Winchester, VA, Brian Cox (Amy) and Bryce Cox (Amy); his close friend Cory Jones; Cynthia Cox. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nephews and friends.
