He is survived by: his wife Reba Goins; his children, Elmer Goins, Bobby Goins (Patricia), Lindy Bryant (William), David Goins (Christie), Keith Goins (Priscilla) and Lacy Deel (Shawn); and his siblings, Betty, Martha, Brenda, Jerry, Daniel and Stanley. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
