He was predeceased by: his wife Jenny Rose; his parents, James Rose and Helen Harville Rose; his brother Delbert Rose; and his grandson Bobby Allen Gulley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Penny Evans (Rick) and Peggy Fannon (Kenneth); his brother Larry Rose (Sarah); his nephew Jeremiah; and his grandchildren, Olivia Evans, Nikki, Matthew Majors and Dustin Morgan. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and other family members and special friends; his beloved dog.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home (146 E Main St, Morristown, TN 37814). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
