He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessee "Delly" Scott and Lena Bell Scott Lee; his siblings, Landon Scott, J. D. Scott, Guy Scott, James Frances Scott, Kathleen Milligan, Annie Whitaker and Lorene Robertson; and his stepfather Bige Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Sue H. Scott; his children, Dennis Mark Scott (Mary) and Denise Bush (Bill); and his grandchildren, Katie Bush and Emmalee Bush. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Persons attending the graveside service are encouraged to wear facial coverings and social distancing is expected.
