She is survived by: her husband Henry David Self; her children, Melissa Lyle (William) and David Self (Kasey); her siblings, Angela Hazelwood (Mike), Jackie Conway (John), Tammy Ellis and David Ellis (Leah); her nephew Devon Ellis (Tamara); her grandchildren, Reagan, Grant Lyle, Jacob, Jackson Self and Jozannah Ellis; and her close friends, Sandy and Alan Jarnigan.
