With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Laura Belle Foster of Russellville, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 20, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her son Rocky Allen Foster; her parents, Douglas White and Stella White; and her siblings, Martha Lou Bentley, Mary Hill and Reverend Buddy White.

She is survived by : her husband Robert "Howard" Foster; her daughter Lisa Manning (Foster); her grandchildren, Candice Whitson (Ben), Casie Wilson (Adam), Timmy Manning (Emilie) and Casha Mayberry (Josh); her great grandchildren, Brylie Barker, Emrie Whitson, Evan Whitson, Braxton Mayberry, Brynnox Wilson, Ellie Whitson, Parks Mayberry, Brayslie Wilson and Leena Manning; her siblings, Dora Barnette, Delorse Miller, Ina Marie Shultz and Frank White (LaRae); and her sister-in-law Imogene White. She is also survived by 2 children, 4 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Allen Funeral Home (200 Jaybird Rd, Morristown, TN 37814). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home (200 Jaybird Rd, Morristown, TN 37814). A procession was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 9:15 AM at the Allen Funeral Home (200 Jaybird Rd, Morristown, TN 37814). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery (1944 Silver City Rd, Russellville, TN 37860).
