She was predeceased by : her parents, Durffy Stanton and Mattie Stanton; and her brother Kerney Stanton (Linda). She is survived by : her husband Paul Brown; her children, Michael Brown (Sherri), Angela Marshall (Billy) and Michelle Rice (Ernie); her granddaughter Mikala Brown; and her sisters, Adeline Ball (Bobby) and Bernice Jozsa.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stubblefield Funeral Home (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Russellville, TN 37860). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Hamblen Memory Gardens (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN 37814).
