He is survived by: his wife Patsy Walker Elkins; his children, Rose Herrin, Teresa Clark Trent, Mark Elkins (Debbie) and Scott Elkins; his stepson Randy Winstead (Cristi); his siblings-in-law, Paulene Holt and Wayne Carr (Faye); and his caregivers, Randy, Cristi, Paulene, Corey, Bethany, Rose, Daniel and Becca. He is also survived by Several grandchildren and great grandchildren; special grandchildren.
