She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Thompson and Lula Jewell Shelton Thompson; her husband Dale Montgomery; her children, Dolly Lewis, Melinda Lewis, Laura Parlow and Michael Lewis; and her siblings, David Hodges, Dale Hodges and Beverly Hodges.
She is survived by : her children, Sheryl Pitts (Jerry), Kathleen Lewis (Adam Siwek), Theodore F. "Frankie" Lewis and Mark Lewis; her stepsons, Brad Montgomery and Shane Montgomery (Amy); her son-in-law Jackie Parlow; her sister Gail Blackwell; and her sister-in-law Judy Ellis. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
