She was predeceased by : her parents, Al Hutchins, Sr. and Eva Lee Hoover Hutchins; and her siblings, Roberta Davis, Ernestine Barrett, Thelma Timberlake, Al Hutchins, Jr. (Sonny) and Robert Hutchins (Wilson).
She is survived by : her husband Joseph "Little Joe" Martin Barrett; her children, Alex Barrett (Brandy), Robbie Connor (Troy), Vickie Dutton and Melanie Pitts (Jeff); her stepdaughters, Lisa Barrett (Angie), Tammy Barrett and Sandra Barrett; and her sister Willie Taylor. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
