It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dewayne Buckner of Sale Creek, Tennessee, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on May 7, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Alfred Shelley Buckner and Carolyn Buckner Johnson (Stiles); his wife Sally Buckner (Dowling) of Sale Creek; his son Alex Buckner (Rachel); his grandson Henry James Buckner of Maryville; his sister Karen Buckner; his brothers-in-law, Jimmy Dowling (Shirley) of Jackson, AL. and Johnny Dowling of Jackson, AL.; and also Carolyn Johnson of Hixson.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriner's Children's Hospital.
