She is survived by: her children, Emily Moore (Ben) of Michie, Kelsey Kreutzman (Alyssa) of Clarksville, Tennessee, Michael Baker (Marissa) of Tuscumbia and Caleb Smith of Adamsville, Tennessee; her brothers, Jason Kreutzman (Michele) of Stantonville and Wiley Hathorn of Adamsville, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Saylor, Gatlan, Kreed, Karsen, Chase, Hunter, Paitan, Landayn, Declan and Annalia.
