She is survived by: her children, John Bowers and Cheryl Bowers; her children-in-law, Karen Wilmeth Bowers and David Dietrich; her sister Norma Creekmore; and her grandchildren, Jacob Bowers Dietrich, Seth Franklin Bowers and Sophie Grace Bowers.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Selmer (160 Cypress Ave, Selmer, TN 38375). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at the Michie Cemetery (6200 TN-22, Michie, TN 38357).
In lieu of flowers and mementos, the family requests that those wishing to remember Anne make a donation to the Michie School "Teacher of the Year Fund.". Donations to this fund should be directed to Michie School and will be used annually to recognize the teacher of the year, in memory of Anne.
