He is survived by: his parents, Sam Simmons and Patricia "Pat" Theesfeld Simmons; his wife Misty Guess Simmons; his children, Clint, Brandon Simmons and Alyssa Bolton (Aaron); his siblings, Ray Simmons, Matthew Simmons (Marie) and Carol Smith (John); his granddaughter Ava Bolton; his parents-in-law, Mayburn and Patricia Guess; and his sisters-in-law, Shannon Guess, Andrea Hoosier and Amber Carson (Justin).
