He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Caldwell of Sequatchie; his children, Jonathan Caldwell (Patti) of New Hope, Melissa Caldwell of Jasper, Mandy Caldwell of Foster Falls, Steven Dyer and Michael Dyer; his siblings, George Caldwell of Sequatchie, Virginia Meeks and Kathy; his grandchildren, Haley, Danika, Isaiah, Candace and Maddox; and his great grandchildren, Kaleb and Bailey.
