He is survived by: his wife Sallie Patten Thomas; his brother Monty Gene Thomas of Nashville, Tennessee; his children, Michael Glenn Thomas (Paula), Terri Lynn Rollins (Bruce) and Mark Christopher Thomas (Lori); his grandchildren, Nick (Becca) of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, Lauren of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, Samantha of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, Jacob Thomas of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee and Heather Cisco of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee; and his great grandchildren, Mason and Caroline.
