James Clarence Cookston Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Clarence Cookston (Sequatchie, Tennessee), who passed away on September 27, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his significant other Cora Lou Frizzell Cookston; his sons, Kirk and Lance; his parents, Ernest Cookston and Mary Bryant Cookston; and his siblings, Robert, Edna, William, Lawrence, Eunice, Charlotte and Thomas.
He is survived by: his daughter Deborah; his son-in-law Paul Hunter of Atlanta, GA.; and also, Winna and Alan Bessey. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
