He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Cartwright and Mary Nelson Cartwright; his father-in-law Charles Moon, Sr.; his brother Kenneth Cartwright; and his nieces, Angela Cartwright and Amy Hutchins.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Moon Cartwright; his sons, Jared Cartwright (Christen) and James Cartwright; his brothers, Steve Cartwright, David Cartwright (Darlene) and Dean Cartwright (Judy); his mother-in-law Barbara Sudie Moon; his siblings-in-law, Chuck Moon and Barbara Hutchins; and his nieces and nephews, Daniel Hutchins, Jason, Matthew, Grant Cartwright, Crystal Spangler and Frankie Rector.
