She was predeceased by: her husband Dean Westmoreland; and her parents, Edgar Bruce Arms and Louise Finch Arms. She is survived by: her children, Danny Rutledge and Cynthia Rutledge; her stepchildren, Brian Westmoreland and Kelly Mitchell; her grandchildren, Tyler Quick, Emily Fehr (Ricky), Bailey McGowan (Andy), Peyton Westmoreland, Lilli and Cassia Mitchell; and her great grandchild Taylor Swafford. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and friends.
