He is survived by: his wife Patricia Diane Fulfer; his children, Larry Fulfer, Bryan Fulfer and Tammy Green (Jim); his siblings, Jack Fulfer, Roy Fulfer (Gloria), Peggy Powell and Joannie McNabb (Terry); his grandchildren, Brianna Fulfer, LaRay Fulfer, Jeff Green, Tyler Green, Jordan Green (Sydney) and Madison Green; and his great grandchildren, Katlyn Green, Johnathan Green, Jonah Green and Jason Green. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
